He decided to do a service project for New Life International which is a ministry located near Underwood, Indiana. New Life builds portable water purification units
which provide chlorination through the use of table salt. These units are shipped throughout the world. Impure water is the leading cause of death in third world
nations. It is especially deadly for infants, children and the elderly.
The first series of photographs show Matt meeting with New Life staff member Doug as he orients Matt to the mission of New Life Internaional. Matt decides that
he wants to build a fellowship area for workers near the assembly building, a primitive campgrounds and a nature trail. He also wants to educate his church about
the mission of New Life International. The last series of photographs shows a group of church members touring New Life International through a tour organized by
by Matt.
