The court of Honor featured a visit by Baden Powell who led the troop in the Scout Law and Oath. Each scout in the troop shared memories of Matthew (much to
his dismay). Dad presented a one of a kind special edition of the Tunnel Mill book dedicated to Matt. Mom presented a beautiful unique scouting quilt which
reflected both the Eagle Award and the 100th anniversary of Boy Scouting. Terry Fry Bivens from New Life International spoke about Matthew's service project.
Eagle Scout Phillip Shea concluded the ceremony with a beautiful rendition of "On Eagle's Wings."
